Catherine Hamlin

The Catherine Hamlin is an Emerald class ferry operated by Sydney Ferries on Sydney Harbour. This ferry entered service in 2017.

This ferry is named after Catherine Hamlin, an Australian obstetrician and gynaecologist. She has dedicated almost 60 years to restoring the health and dignity of the women of Ethiopia, injured during childbirth.
