T54 Medium Tank
The T54 was a series of prototype American medium tanks based on the M48 Patton chassis. Three turret variations all armed with a 105mm gun were evaluated:
- T54 with a standard turret and auto-loader
- T54E1 with an oscillating turret and autoloader
- T54E2 with a standard turret and human loader
The project was abandoned in 1957 in favour of the T95 medium tank
