Netherlands Protected Cruiser HNLMS Friesland
Commission on 16 January 1898, HNLMS Friesland was a Holland-class protected cruiser of the Royal Netherlands Navy. She was decommissioned in 1913 along with her sister ship HNLMS Utrecht while her other four sister-ships Holland, Zeeland, Gelderland and Noordbrabant were modernised.
