This aircraft was built for the USAF in 1945 as 45-11526. It subsequently served with the Indonesian Air Force and was recovered from there in 1980. It was restored in Perth and registered VH-FST(2) on 12 August 1999.

CAC CA-18 Mustang Mk 21 A68-107 was built in 1947. Operated by the Royal Australian Air Force it was purchased by Col Pay in 1980 and has been based in Scone since them.
