North American T-6   AT6 and SNJ Texan and Harvard

The North American AT-6, SNJ, Texan, and Harvard family of trainers was widely used throughout the Second World War to train pilots. In Australia, a version was produced as the CAC CA-16 Wirraway.

Hunter Warbirds Scone New South Wales April 2022

Built in 1941, this North American Harvard saw US service until the early 1960s. It was acquired by Col Pay in 1984 and is painted as a US Navy SNJ.
