In 1942 three Aichi E-13A1 seaplanes were delivered to the Royal Thai Navy. In 1944, three additional machines were handed over to RTN from Japanese stocks following the downing of a B-24 Liberator bomber by Thai forces. At the end of the war, five machines were still operational serving until 1948.
