Arado Ar 196 Floatplanes of Seeaufklärungsgruppe 125

Seeaufklärungsgruppe 125 was a Luftwaffe maritime reconnaissance unit. Along with Stab./ SAGr125, Arado Ar 196s were operated by 2./ SAGr125 which formed on the 13th of July, 1943 from 2./Aufkl.Gr.125 in Souda Bay, Crete. It operated Arado Ar 196A-3 floatplanes until December 1943 when it was re-designated 4./SAGr.126.

Reformed in December 1943 at Sevastapol 2./ SAGr125 again operated Ar 196s. The unit was disbanded in June 1944.
