Avia B.35 Czechoslovak Fighter

The B.35 was designed to meet a 1935 requirement by the Czechoslovakian Air Force for a replacement for their B-534 fighter biplanes. The first two B.35 prototypes has fixed landing gear. The third prototype, developed under German supervision after the March 1939 German invasion incorporated retractable undercarriage.

The third prototype was developed into the Avia B.135 of which 12 were produced for the Bulgarian Air Force.
