Blohm und Voss Ha 137

The Blohm und Voss Ha 137 (originally Hamburger Flugzeugbau Ha 137), was entered in the Luftwaffe competition that eventually led to the Junkers Ju 87 Stuka. Initially competing with the Henschel Hs 123, the initial three prototypes were powered by the radial engine BMW 132. A further three prototypes were ordered powered by the inline Junkers Jumo 210Aa.

The Ha 137 was not ordered into production, but the prototypes were used testbed aircraft until grounded by a lack of spares.
