Nakajima Ki-43 in Manchukuo Service
Manchukuo ( officially the Empire of Manchuria) was a puppet state of Imperial Japan from 1934 to 1945, located in north-east China and Inner Mongolia. Under Japanese supervision, a small air force was established which included four Nakajima Ki-43-II Ko. Delivered in 1945, the Ki-43s were used to intercept Boeing B-29 raids.
