HMAS Darwin FFG04 was an Adelaide Class Guided Missile Frigate of the Royal Australian Navy. The Adelaide Class is based on the US Navy – Oliver Hazard Perry Design. HMAS Darwin was commissioned in 1984 and decommissioned in 2017.
